Remove the below files.
Adobe Illustrator Prefs
AdobeFnt_CMaps
AdobeFnt_OSFonts
AI Color Settings
This is caused when a user sets technical inks from the kiosk which are aliased to persistent in Illustrator
Illustrator will not launch Print
